• Location is 30 feet from the railroad tracks; rooms are small; no AC.

• Free internet computers in the lobby (only 2 of 3 work); locked (unsupervised) luggage room; nice cotton duvets.
• It's 30 feet from the train tracks and you can feel your room vibrating; no AC and window do not open; smoky, poor building design for movement of suitcases.

“If you want to feel your room vibrate when you are sleeping or feel like you are in a space ship when you shower (stand up shower made of PVC that closes like an old elevator), this is the hotel for you. the hotel is 30 feet from the tram, which is convenient for trimming but not for sleeping. The towels are extra rough and thin, so bring your own. I did bring a fan, soap, and shampoo too. Maybe Clorox wipes to sanitize the room. The rooms in Denmark are not cheap either, so if you are not relaxing in your room, you can hang out in the smoky lobby emailing (assuming you get an email). I do like that everyone is competent in two or three languages, which is something you do not find in the States other than that, the staff is not particularly helpful. ”

• Great location, helpful staff, clean room.
• Train noise.

“Location next to Osterport train station is a great convenience. Easy to get to/from airport with luggage. Easy walking distance to all major sites in the city. Hotel staff very professional and helpful. Laptop available for internet access. Supermarket right outside. Only downside is that rooms facing train station are not completely soundproof, so there's occasional light train noise during the night.”
