  • Falsely accused and charged for burning a curtain hole curtain.

“Basically friendly and helpful, clean but a bit shabby in accommodations. We were accused of burning a little hole in one of the white sheer curtains by the maid service. We denied this but management took the side of the maids and charged my credit card $50 for a whole new set of little white curtains (which could not possibly cost that much). Because of this, I could not recommend this hotel. The customer should always be right.”
