• Clean friendly leisure club, great hotel staff, nice food, and easy going bar.
• New style breakfast not the best, ran out of papers half way through the day.

“Excellent hotel, very friendly staff especially in the leisure club. Would consider going there for private membership if my business relocates. Food was great, and after using other thistles would recommend this one over others. Great location.”

• The Disabled facilites in my room were exerlant
• They had 2 coach partys in which overtook the resturant which left all Business guests waiting

• good value friendly staff
• no newspaper sat morn/iron didn't work/had to request a papaer after 1 not deliverd sun

• Good leisure facilities and pleasant room
• Check in staff wanted to charge me full price despite booking at reduced rate as not shown on computer.

• Clean, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable

“Overall, very good. One thing: I'd booked a wake-up call for 6am, but it never materialised. It was a good job that I'd booked a secondary wake-up on the TV set, otherwise I would have overslept.”
