• Only slight positive thing is the quite central location.
• Well. Where to start?! Awful, dirty, unfriendly, etc.!

“Awful and ugly hotel. Art? What art half of our one word of so called art was never replaced. The room was small and dirty and paint falling of the walls. There was so much noise in the hotel all night long and the doors do not even shut properly. One of the lifts did not work and the other one is hardly big enough for two people. The staff is incredible unfriendly and unhelpful. Do not spoil your Brussels trip with this disgusting hotel!”

“What a bad experience. I expected an unique, charming hotel, but I was disappointed: we've had a very small room, a narrow bathroom, a toilet that was loose fitting in the wall, clean sheets but on the pillow were disgusting spots of blood. It was impossible to open the window, there's no air-conditioning so it was stuffy inside, and the worst is yet to come. Breakfast from 7 until 10 o'clock, we arrive at 9.35 AM and there was nothing left. No bread, no cheese, no eggs, no bacon, the coffee was colored water ( it isn't hard to make a good coffee isn't it? we were told by the staff that there was a problem with the bread command, they didn't expect that much customers. Unbelievable, hungry and upset we left get breakfast around the corner.”

• Breakfast was generous.
• Hotel was dirty and horrid.

“Dirty bathrooms, tiny double room, really uncomfortable bed, both my partner and I had bad backs after the first night. We are 30 and 36 years old! Any one could walk in and go upstairs with out question. Breakfasts were generous but thinking about how clean the rooms were I am surprised.”

“Very bad experience. Awful room (tiny, dirty, unmentioned), poor staff (only one person for whole hotel in the evening with no abilities, no tools, non-responsive), fire alarm came off they had no idea how to turn it off, elevators do not run properly, flooded because of half day of rain, no electricity for 1.5 days but they let customers in by handing out tea-candles -- i.e. Major fire hazard, staff could not check people out, did not consider our safety etc..”
