“This time I stayed in an executive single room - the dressing gown promised in the advert was missing but apart from that the room was fine. The hotel itself is a bit tired, the downstairs ladies loo was out of order and staff were using the main lifts because service lifts were out of order (this was also the case when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago!).
