Quiet and convenient location for the purpose of my stay (visiting friends in Great Barr)

“The online service broke down when I tried to book so I had to book by phone. Disappointed that the accommodation was room only, didn't not want to pay -u8 for a breakfast so went out for breakfast each morning.”

i didnt have any hot water when i reported to the reception he said is this a problem

“i consider myself a clean and tidy person the fact i could not shower or bath in hot water in a hotel is not your best advert”

It was perfect for 1 or 2 nights and I thought very good value for money.
The Staff in the resturant were not friendly. A smile costs nothing!!!

“I would like to be given the option to contact the hotel and to check the location in relation to where my meeting was being held.
The resturant staff need customer service training.”
