• Hotel staff was not helpful.

“Hotel staff didn't help us to call/reserve a taxi. We called the service desk three times and waited for a couple hours to get shampoo that should have been provided to us before we check in. Hotel didn't accept our out-going stamped mail. It is overpriced.”

• Tiny balcony overlooking Las Ramblas. Great for people watching.
• Had to wait for room to be readied on arrival at 15:00 ish

“Fairly ordinary hotel as hotels go but in a superb location as long as you don't mind a bit of activity outside late and early.”
