• The room was a reasonable size, clean & comfortable, the staff were extremely polite.
• None & the hotel is very close to town centre

“The hotel is convenient to the car park (directley opposite). I was only staying the one night on business but I would definitely consider returning for a long weekend with my partner as all the local attractions (ie. Abbey, Roman Baths, Pultney Bridge etc.) were less than 5 mins away”

• The check-in staff were very friendly and the room was very good for the price.
• Cleaners in the morning had their radios on at a very high volume. If we had been having a lie-in it would've woken us up.

• Room tired. Stained bath

“Room was tired and required money spending on it. We didnt use the bath as there was a large stain in it. Common areas best part of the hotel. Breakfast was very average. Service was good”

• helpful staff at reception,nice breakfast room,easy to find
• small room,electric jug had to be disconnected to fill,room a bit overheated

“generally i was happy with your hotel.Later brekky times and option of later checkout( I did ask and stay a little later)offered by staff would have improved my impression further”
