• Rooms, cleanliness, location.
• Staff! Lack of service, no food.

“The room and location were very pleasant. However, I was shocked by the rudeness and incompetence of staff. I was traveling on business and did not know anything about the area. My questions regarding where I could find a restaurant nearby were greeted with a giggle and the answer "nowhere". Also, staff seems less than happy to speak any other language than Swiss German. If they are there at all! Several times I went to reception with a query and could not find a human being anywhere! I ended up having fast food several times, because the restaurant in the hotel was closed and no one was at reception to ask for other options. Upon check-out I needed an invoice and receipt in my company's name in order to claim expenses. This could apparently not be provided straight away, but had to be posted to me. The documents did not arrive until a week later through the post, so I had to await re-imbursement for my hotel costs from my employer. I have traveled the world on business, but this was the first time I encountered a hotel which refused to print me off an invoice/receipt during check-out! My advice would be not to stay at this place, but you will find it hard to find another a lights place in bestial, unfortunately. The only positive was the cleanliness of the room, which was pretty good.”
