• clean and roomy. very pleasant - would stay again very impressed.
• no facilities in room to eat dinner (takeaway) and plastic cups. would prefer glass.

“As above. Was going to write in as very pleasant experience. would stay at a Sleep Inn again.

Didn't receive wake up call in the morning though but as we had set our mobile phone alarms wasn't too much of a problem.”

• Spacious room, personal control of heating, plentiful beverages and milk, large TV, windows that opened.
• No breakfast facilities

“This hotel offered more than value for money. Everything catered to the needs of the customer. From large TV to windows that actually opened, from plenty of coffee, tea, sugar and milk to the extra thoughtful provision of drinking chocolate. Staff were friendly and informative. Situation was great with easy access to A1M. Rooms and bathrooms very clean and well serviced. In all my travelling this Hotel best answered my every need in a comfortable room away from home.”

• Good room size. Very well appointed, functional and very comfortable. Very clean.
• Lack of a good restaurant facility in the immediate vicinity.

“Adjacent was a small complex, the only choice of eating facility was KFC or MacDonalds - we never eat in either. There was no other restaurant facility in the near vicinity. We had travelled over 300 miles and did not feel like driving again to find a restaurant.

The lack of a restaurant facility was most disappointing.”

• constant baning of the doors as they are on autou return arms and them slam the doors. and the air conditioning was very noisey

“we came to the hotel to get away from the rush and clatter of our every day life for a qiuck break away and was hopinhg for a quite stop over, alas that wasnt the case!!”

• I would have like to been able to access the Sky system to view the general programmes like Sky one etc
