- The walls are too thin, noises can be heard from the next room!

- Marble bathrooms are great and the minimalism of the room and public spaces.

- Clean, nice, luxurious place with a good luggage storage system.
- Staff was pompous and rude to me as a young traveler.
“I would not recommend staying here if you are a young person as they assume that you cannot afford their hotel. Very rude to me even though I was paying a good sum to stay there. Staff was nice enough to move me to a different room since the pool construction/renovation kept me up for three hours, but only after a few complaints.”

- The internet was included and the air conditioning worked in Europe in October which is rare.
- Nothing.
“The location was absolutely perfect. We could walk to most areas or take the On/Off bus or public transportation with just a short walk. Just one block off Las Ramblas -- the main tourist walk -- was wonderful. We could get to the great market, restaurants, shopping, etc. We also had a great Tapas bar and beauty salon right across the street. We would definitely book this hotel again in the future.”

- Within walking distance to the ramble where all the restaurants, and bars are. Close to the statue of Columbus and the ocean front mall.

- No internet access available. No ice. Inefficient check-in.

- They charged me Euros 72 extra for my 2 young children.

- The hotel bellman went out of his way in an extraordinary manner to help me with my lost car and he refused to let me tip him.
