• Friendly staff and clean.
• The walls are too thin, noises can be heard from the next room!

• Marble bathrooms are great and the minimalism of the room and public spaces.
• Rooms and lobby showed signs of wear and tear.

• Good location good rooms.
• Some of the staff was not friendly but most were.

“Hotel is a very good central are of Barcelona you can walk to may of the attractions and is 1/2 block from Las Rambles.”

• Clean, nice, luxurious place with a good luggage storage system.
• Staff was pompous and rude to me as a young traveler.

“I would not recommend staying here if you are a young person as they assume that you cannot afford their hotel. Very rude to me even though I was paying a good sum to stay there. Staff was nice enough to move me to a different room since the pool construction/renovation kept me up for three hours, but only after a few complaints.”

• The internet was included and the air conditioning worked in Europe in October which is rare.
• Nothing.

“The location was absolutely perfect. We could walk to most areas or take the On/Off bus or public transportation with just a short walk. Just one block off Las Ramblas -- the main tourist walk -- was wonderful. We could get to the great market, restaurants, shopping, etc. We also had a great Tapas bar and beauty salon right across the street. We would definitely book this hotel again in the future.”

• Within walking distance to the ramble where all the restaurants, and bars are. Close to the statue of Columbus and the ocean front mall.

“This hotel was perfect! They let us do an early check in and let us leave our luggage there on our last day after we had already checked out so we could enjoy a city tour without luggage! The location was perfect.”

• No internet access available. No ice. Inefficient check-in.

“There is no excuse for a hotel that bills itself as oriented toward business travelers to not have internet access, either wired or wireless. They claimed to be 'working on it'.”

• Service and cleanliness.
• They charged me Euros 72 extra for my 2 young children.

“Great location, near Las Ramblas. Hotel front desk staff is very helpful. I am upset that they charged me extra for my two young children. I had to pay it because of the late hour.”

• The location was phenomenal! Right in the middle of everything.
• The twin beds were just pushed together to make a "king" bed.

“We found this hotel to be in a great location. Within easy walking distance to many of the premiere sights in Barcelona.”

• Had to go to the bar to get ice.

• The hotel bellman went out of his way in an extraordinary manner to help me with my lost car and he refused to let me tip him.
• I good hear the TV and conversations of the people in the next room.
