  • The beach and location of the hotel.
  • Very rude staff, vulgar front desk management; need to move around by a golf cart which is always late.

“Staff number is very inadequate for a hotel this size. If faced by service delays or total disregard for your requirements then I recommend guests do not bother to complain to front desk management. I am a frequent traveler and in all my travels, I have never witnessed such rudeness and obnoxiousness from a front desk. The management and staff of this hotel should not be in the hospitality business. Save your money or spend it elsewhere; do not fall for the hype on this so-called hotel.”
