“The hotel being one of the older hotels in town had a few areas that needed a little refreshing. The rooms were fine and the location was ok, not in the center of everything. All in all, it was a good experience.”

“Hotel was fine but had a few problems. I asked the front desk twice for ice (two separate days) and it never arrived. I broke my toe on a very badly placed door stopper in the hallway. I told the hotel and they didn't say boo about it. Could have at least said "sorry".”

“This hotel has a good location and good harbor views. Rooms are rather small, but nonetheless adequate Regency Club facilities and service - a hall-mark of the Hyatt chain and usually first class ¿ were disappointing. There was a distinct unwillingness to accommodate. Overall the hotel could do with a complete overhaul.”

“This hotel is old and outdated in a poor location. They were very unorganized on check ins and check out. The concierge was constantly busy and no help. The bell staff was not very helpful. They changed us to a cheaper room. The only thing we did enjoy about the hotel was the restaurant which had great food, expensive but good. We only ate there because there was no alternative close by unless you want to pay for a taxi. Would not stay here again.”
