• Location in town.
• Lobby are was "cold" not inviting. Parking was extremely difficult and then extremely expensive.

“The location is great. The entry lobby was rather cold and not warm and inviting. The staff was nice. The rooms were nice but we had to move as the "non-smoking" room we were given was FULL of cigarette smoke. The parking was difficult. First of all it was difficult to find a way to drive up to the hotel door ( you had to go up a curb and through a sidewalk) and once there they offered parking but the fee was extreme. Then, if you wanted to use the internet they charged you per minute. On my next trip to Amsterdam I'd be looking for a different hotel.”

• Location near train station and walking distance to all major attractions, shopping, and restaurants.
• We loved this hotel!

“The hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean but you never saw the cleaning staff, however, if you went out for a while, you returned to a clean room. The location was great. It was directly across from the train station. The canal rides are right across the street and the museums, shops and restaurants are all within a 30 minute walk. The Red Light district is nearby, but does not present a problem. The internet use could have been easier to use. We decided not to use it because we weren't clear on the directions. It's a very nice hotel in a great location.”
