• Very friendly staff and a bar that never closes!
• Narrow stairwells (I mean scary!) - small/slow elevator.

“This hotel has a great location to everything! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean - but the usual European "small" size. Also - no bathtubs - which was a drag. Great breakfast area - but expensive. ”

• The location was near many restaurants, shops and the canal excursion area which is a huge plus!
• The sink was broke, the shower was broke and the lock was broke. The room was tiny.

“For the size of the room and the poor maintenance and lack of extra facilities the price was far too high. It maybe would have been worth the price if the breakfast was included and it would have made up for the poor maintenance! The location and it's customer service staff is the only reason to go there. Thank you for asking. If the price was lowered a lot we would stay there again.”
