• Comfortable.
• A long way from the centre for someone travelling by train - needed taxis

• Close to where I was working - plenty of parking
• Room/hotel was scruffy - food expensive and limited choice - restaurant staff seemed unable to cope

“It was adequate for my purposes but would perhaps look elsewhere if I had to stay in Andover again - hotl needs updating and had obvious signs of wear and tear in every room/location”

• The size of the room. Receptionist was a credit to your business. Close to amenities in town.
• The noise from the bathroom fan and the early morning deliveries.

“The staff at the hotel were very well organised and very helpful and polite. The only downfalls to our stay were the delivery men calling at such an early hour, and making so much noise. Also, the fans in the bathroom make a considerable amount of noise, which is quite distracting when you have to visit the bathroom during the night”

• It was clean and near to town centre. The road leading to the hotel is very dark and without street lamps, very of putting during the night.
• Hotel requires re decoration breakfast was poor service was very quick.

“The Hotel was ok but the words QUAILITY HOTEL you would tend to expect a higher standard of accommodation.”
