• The staff were helpful.
• The location (and parking) is terrible.

“I booked one night in this hotel based on the description on the hotel's website. However, I found that some important information was left out. The main problem with this hotel is accessibility. Cars cannot access this hotel at all - as Rundle Mall is a pedestrian mall. Anyone approaching by car is driven down a small alleyway - where you then have to walk through a shopping centre to access the hotel. This is very inconvenient if you have a car. And as we found out, taxis don't like to pick up from this hotel either, as they too have to go to the alley way (which means you must wait for your taxi in the alley way). It's inconvenient at best and dangerous and uncomfortable at worst. The hotel itself is ok - extremely minimalist. Our room literally had a view of a cement wall. I am sure there are better hotels within Adelaide for the money we spent here.”
