• Located close to the highway.
• The shower tub did not drain.

“The room was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool looks much bigger. The price was reasonable.”

• Good location.
• Not very clean bathroom and room smelled musty.

“Good location and nice staff but that would be it. Our towels were thread bare, room very musty smelling, sheets on bed were old and lightly stained. Shower and toilet were in need of repair, not a lot of counter space in the bathroom. We checked out the next morning and found another hotel to stay at for the rest of our trip.”

• No elevator.

“The people are nice and friendly. The free breakfast is good for the kids in the morning. I really liked the clean rooms and good service.”

• Convenient to all stores and main roads.
• No coffee pots in the room. They had a luggage cart but no elevator for those on the next floor. Had to carry everything up stairs.

• Hard to get to.

• Hotel was very clean, close to restaurants and mall.
• Pool area had tiles that were loose near entry to pool.

“Needed a place to stay at last minute. Kids had a ball in the pool. Entry way is attractive. You are within a short walk to red robin and a convenience store/gas facility.”

• The non-smoking section.

“Overall, we had a positive experience for a single night's stay. This was a good hotel for a short stay. The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. Within walking distance of a Red Robin Restaurant. Other shopping (food, department store, & drug store) was close by (half mile to a mile). I didn't care for the layout of the smoking & non-smoking sections of rooms. 20 of the rooms (half of the hallway) on a single floor were non-smoking & the other 20 were smoking. As a result, the smoke from the far end made its way to the non-smoking rooms. The hallway was filled with smoke (we stayed on a weekend so the hotel was full and people in the smoking rooms came out of their rooms smoking). Not pleasant for people with smoke allergies. Wireless access was available if you had a laptop. However, the hotel, itself, did not have a computer available for internet access (map quest, etc) to guests or staff.”

• Clean, nice restaurants within walking distance, close to shopping, friendly staff.
• Pillows weren't very comfortable.

“Great value. Within, walking distance of Red Robin restaurant. Across street from shopping mall, TGI Friday's, Chilli's, Starbucks. Close to highway. Hotel was clean and fairly new. Continental breakfast was acceptable, although doughnuts were not fresh.”

• Very clean and comfortable beds.
• Heater was hot or cold--no in-between.

“The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and well-kept. Our room was just off the lobby, so there was a lot of traffic, and light coming under the door. Didn't like that. Other than that, this is a great hotel for the price.”
