• The cleanliness was great. The price was the best of all. We would stay there again.
• I had made 4 attempts at an early check-in and was told they would try. Never happened.

“The cleanliness was fantastic and the staff was very good. With the exception of the "early check-in" situation, the stay was great. And yes the price was the best. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the area that it was in, and it was central located for all our needs.”

• Accommodations and staff were very efficient and friendly, hotel was very clean and pretty.
• The toilet ran all night, had to make sure you jiggled the handle several times to get it to stop, would prefer not having to had to worry with it.

• The staff was very helpful with our questions/transportation.
• The room was a little small, prefer a king bed.

“The hotel was very clean, and the staff was excellent. The location was good in relation to food and entertainment on the eastern part of Tampa. And there was only one community computer, which is okay if you travel with your own.”

• Bathroom door didn't lock.

• Same dirty ice bucket in hallway for two days.

• Well decorated room, free Internet access.
• Bad location (in the middle of nowhere), only convenient for business travelers, lots of companies around; breakfast expensive.

• That I can't have the price all of the time.

“The Hilton garden inn was beautiful and the ambiance more than met my expectations, it was clean and the staff was friendly. The food at breakfast was a culinary treat and well prepared. The location was spectacular. This hotel was situated into a little niche of beautiful shrubbery, trees and it was a botanical wonder. The parking lot was immaculate. There wasn't any indication that the hotel had been there since 2004. The lobby with the fireplace was a very homey touch. I love this hotel and the price that I booked it for.”

• Refrigerator and microwave in the room.
• We were put in a room with a King when we had 2 adults and 2 children. There were no other rooms available to switch to.

“The hotel was at capacity and our room could not be switched. The staff was quite unsympathetic and to our problem, and even a little rude, but did offer us extra bedding for the children to sleep on the floor.”

• Great area, nice and clean, great staff.
• I told my friends about it and they had bad experienced with a group of drunken sr. Hockey players rude to their child at pool.

“I always hope to get this hotel when I stay in this area. I recommend it to all my friends who travel with me Jan. Through June, so to have a bad thing happen is pretty embarrassing. We travel with a group of little girls who are gymnast. Other than the one incident, everything has been great.”

• Hot tub outside was cold.

“The hot tub was the only thing in the hotel we did not enjoy. The rooms were very clean the staff was very friendly. I cannot comment on the restaurant we never used it. However, the food did smell inviting.”

• It was beautiful and the room was perfect.
• Could not use my Hilton Honors points.

“I was more than pleased with this hotel and the rate we received. It was convenient to the main roadways and the grounds and facilities were exceptional. Our room was wonderful and we will definitely try to stay there again in the near future!”

• Nice quiet rooms, well landscaped.
• One of the clerks was snippy!

“Overall a nice facility. Most of the staff was friendly however when we asked for double beds, one of the clerks was rather short with us saying that there are no guaranties. He also seemed upset that we would do such a thing. Another clerk came in and upgraded our room for us.”
