• Friendly staff, good location.
• No elevator, no coffeemaker in room.

“I've stayed here twice this summer; I would rate both visits as satisfactory. Clean, convenient location.”

• Located close to airport and shopping/dining.
• Was not provided coffee maker or non-smoking room; breakfast area poorly maintained.

“This motel was not easy to find, but is close to airport. I was not given a non-smoking room. No in-room coffee maker was provided. My children had a difficult time with cable TV service. staff was not helpful or friendly.”

• The plumbing & the used carpet on the outdoor stairs.

• Clean, lots hot water in the shower and a great location.
• The refrigerator not being up on a table too low to the floor.

“My husband and I had a very good experience at Econo Lodge, no complaints here! I highly recommend it if you're looking for cleanliness, price and are headed to the mall (because you can walk to it from this motel)!”

• Location.
• Poor service and poor plumbing.

“We were not treated very well, and I don't think I would stay in an Econlodge again. We had a toilet that overflowed and were told that we couldn't us the lobby toilet. We had to fight for two days before we were given another room. The staff was not very friendly.”

“I was disappointed in this hotel. It was not very clean. The only thing it has going is the good location to shopping, restaurants, and the airport.”

• Good location and excellent price.
• TV did not work in first room but changed room no problem.

“Close to Portland ME with easy access to Rt 95 and 295. Right next to Maine Mall for shopping and plenty of restaurants. Great continental breakfast and a super price.”

• Very nice location.
• Rooms are noisy Parking lot not cleaned.

“Very nice room clean. Messy parking lot but no better any where else because of snow storm. The room is noisy especially when the room above are using the shower.”

• Friendly receptionist the next morning we were there-willing to writ out directions for us.
• For about the same price, we had a refrigerator and microwave - would be nice to have at your motel too.

• Bathroom floor lifting and wet.
