• The breakfast was good.
• It was very noisy due to traffic.

“I will not stay at this hotel again since there is no shuttle to the hotel. I did not like to noise from the traffic that continued all night.”

• The staff was friendly and helpful.
• Airport shuttle stopped at 11 p.m.

“I just needed a cheap motel with shuttle service to the airport. The shuttle stopped well before we got there, the motel was not in the best area and the rooms were not the best. They were fairly clean and the staff was very nice. Not someplace I'd care to stay again, but it served the purpose except the time on the shuttle service.”

• Couldn't lock door when leaving room. Nobody would help.

• Nothing.
• The room quality.

“This hotel looks like it could use a make-over. If you are a smoker and want a smoking room I would find another place. The smoking rooms were not well ventilated and not very clean. There was an overpowering smell in the room and I did not want to stay there. I heard complaints from other customers that had non-smoking rooms about the cleanliness. While checking in I overheard multiple complaints about the service received (even canceled bookings). Not enough food out for the continental breakfast so it ended before it got started. I give this place a 3 out of 10.”

• Pool/hot tub "cloudy" and quality dismal, service poor.
• Pool and hot tub were "dirty" - so much so that I would not use them.

“Okay if you need a place to stay on short notice. The hotel in in an industrial area and the nearest "restaurant" was very poor in both service and quality.”

• Clean.
• Far from airport, panhandlers, truckers, not a safe neighborhood.

“This hotel, while very clean with some room features, was actually quite far from the SeaTac airport. There are panhandlers and prostitutes using the facility and a lot of truckers. It did not feel like a safe neighborhood.”

• Difficult to locate via map quest.

“All around good little motel, beautiful landscaped entry. Better directions to room would also help (map of grounds).”

• It had breakfast.
• The airport shuttle didn't start till 8am. My flight was at 8am.

“On the Internet this hotel states that they have an airport shuttle. My flight was at 8am, and they didn't have a shuttle until 8am.So if you have an early flight, which most business people do, you have to get a taxi. Also the TV was 30 years old and make a screeching sound while watching it.”
