• Loved all the pillows and access to the internet without having to input a pass code.
• The restaurant was terrible. Quality of food did not even come close to the menu descriptions. Huge disappointment, especially for the price.

“Great hotel, accommodating staff, clean rooms, and comfy beds. Exactly what I expected for the price. Seriously disappointed in the on-site restaurant breakfast. Menu sounded exquisite. Meals did not even touch the descriptions! Eat somewhere else!”

• It looked great from the outside.
• A lot of mildew across the bathroom ceiling from the exhaut fan that appeared to be blocked.

“Attractive, neat, comfortable, showed a little wear and need of painting, bathroom ceiling had a lot of mildew across the ceiling from the fan. The buffet and grille restaurant prices were high: $13.50 for a bagel and small fruit bowl.”

• It was clean and quiet.
• There were only about 20 TV stations available.

“I enjoyed my stay. It was comfortable and quiet and near the places I intended to visit while in Tampa. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning up for me each day. Thanks to Priceline, check in and check out were a breeze.”

• The beds were comfortable and soft towels.
• The room was never dark even with the shades pulled down. The drinks at the bar were way over priced.

“At first glance we were very pleased with the hotel. When we closed the Shades to block out the light from the streets, it did not block it all out. The room was still bright. When the sun came up it was as if the lights were on in the room. We were also shocked when we learned 2 simple well drinks were $33.00! We were concerned because we felt our privacy had been violated.”

“Very unhappy about not overcharged. I wouldn't of made this reservation if I had known this. When I arrived at hotel I was told their regular price was $129.00 and the discounted price was $99.00 and that is what I had to pay.”

• Run-down, not kept, and unclean.
• Everything.

“They told us that as of June 1st, the hotel will close. We could see that the hotel was not maintained. No ice machines or soda machines on any level of the hotel and two of the three elevators were not working. Rooms were not clean, especially the bathrooms. Staff were not friendly to the guests. Overall terrible stay at the hotel.”

• Location was good.
• Poor, poor quality and maintenance of equipment and structure.

“The hotel is not being maintained. None of the faucets worked properly, ceilings had water damage, carpets stained, no AC in hallways, hallways dark. It simply is not a 3 star hotel.”

• Rooms were clean.
• Everything but the room!

“Nothing was open (restaurant, bar), pool was dirty, wireless internet did not work, shuttle did not run the posted hours. Not family friendly because one guest was allowed to have their Pitt Bull dog there and walking around with it! Over all experience was totally unacceptable. Found out the day we were checking out that the hotel was going out of business June 1st. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I can not explain in a email how bad the stay was!”

• Nothing, it sucked plain and simple.
• Your company should be sued for the false advertising involved in this hotel.

“I looked on your web-site to pick this hotel. I saw this glimmering sleek hotel about 25 stories high. It had all the amenities that I wanted. I get there, and this place is a rat trap. It wasn't that sparkling tower that I saw on the Internet My dog wouldn't stay at that dump. I can't believe how ripped off I felt when I walked into what looked like a god-damned project.”

• Good breakfast.
• Extra charge for safe - didn't use - charged extra room fee for security.

“For the star that it is quoted to be it should go down one star. Old hot smelly hallways They charge you extra for the safe in your room and then they charge your credit card for an extra room up front and if you have no extra charges take it off 72 hours after you check out. Very sloppy, non trusting company.”
