• the room stunk, untidy, rude people

“I will not be returning to this hotel in the future. Location was the only thing good about it. I would rather pay more money for nicer people that appreciated that I stayed the night, and thanked me for coming to their hotel. It was awful.”

• It was very clean and convenient location. Bumble bees take-out is great and not far away!
• Some of the front office staff were a little unhelpful, but the lady on our last day was very friendly

“I could not fault this hotel for its cleanliness. The staff may have left a little to be desired, but the location was good and the walls were thick and we did not hear any of our neighbors during the 3 nights that we stayed there.”

• Nice staff, fairly clean, very good rooms.
• Did not have shampoos, had to buy some.

“The staff are nice, we came at 1:00 pm and the rooms were available, there was a fridge in the King rooms, one of the seats was broken in my friend's room, the room was clean, the internet access is not that fast, overall it was nice, and yes I'm prepared to stay there again.”

• It was cheap and clean enough for its price.
• The cigarette smell was horrible! We stayed in a non-smoking floor, downstairs and I could smell the smoke at night.

“It was affordable and clean. The beds and bedding were outdated and the lobby was tiny. Overall it was ok for the price. However it should be called a smokers hotel because the smell was horrible and it penetrated through the walls of the non-smoking section.”

• The staff was friendly and provided for our needs.
• The rooms were crowded.

“It was nice to have the fireplace to sit by in the check-in area. Everyone was helpful and willing to make changes if needed.”

• The lady working the front desk at night was great!
• The hotel lobby smelled of stale cigarettes.

“OK if you are on a budget. It was really cheap, but I thought the whole place smelled pretty bad and the location was not as close as the description led me to believe.”
