• There was really nothing to complain about with this hotel, no problems! Breakfast was free and good.
• Room design was a little awkward, doors opened into the room, closet, and bathroom interfered with each other. Minor issue.

“We were visiting our daughter at UC San Diego, so the location of the Country Inn, less than 10 minutes away, was ideal. The hotel was clean and if had everything we needed, including a pool and fitness room. The free breakfast was pretty good, including scrambled eggs and sausage as well as the popular do-it-yourself waffles. The TV reception wasn't the best. Bathroom was fine.”

• Bathroom was large.
• Toilet flapper leaked constantly. Had to ask for decent pillows. Got locked out of room by housekeeping.

• The room was well appointed and the breakfast was good too.
• The bed linen had hair fibers in it and the comforter was worn.

• It was in a good location.
• When I called to ask for a room with 2 double bed, I was told there will be a $10 fee, I agreed. But when I showed up, the receptionist was rude.

“Generally in a good location and facility was clean. However, front desk staff was extremely rude that made the experience unpleasant. When requesting for 2 double bed, there was an additional fee of $10.”

• The staff was excellent..
• No fridge in rooms and adjoining rooms were not available that weekend. but it was great overall

• The complimentary breakfast.

“The staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was very good. We had thought it would be continental, but instead, they had a waffle maker, eggs, sausage, cereals, bagels, muffins (I recommend the chocolate chocolate chip), potatoes, etc. Though the room didn't have a view of anything but the parking lot, it was clean and comfortable. It would be a good hotel for families.”

• Jacuzzi was in repair we did not like that.

very disappointed when we found out that the Jacuzzi was not working. They should have notified you and us about Jacuzzi. I think we should get some credits for this.”
