• Great location, very clean. It felt so safe and was in an excellent location.

“This hotel is very clean and family friendly. The rooms are very large and comfortable. It was pleasant just to sit in the lobby. The breakfast served everyday was great. All staff at the hotel was helpful and pleasant. I would stay again.”

• Dirty room, cost of parking.

“Room was dirty on check in, no other rooms available had to wait over 2 hours for maid service to arrive to clean room. Would not stay there again.”

• The breakfast, the music outside our window, the view were great.
• When I told the front desk person about our backed up drain in the shower, he said he would take care of it, it didn't get taken care of.

“This was a nice place to stay, the view was great, the food was great the rooms were very nice but the sleeper sofa was not meant to sleep on.”

• Easy access from freeway, walking distance to entertainment.
• Freeway noises, we had to change rooms because our first room smelled of cigarettes.

• The location of the area I wanted to visit.
• The high price of parking.

“The hotel is located just steps away from Old Sacramento. The access to and from the interstates extremely easy. It is within walking distance of the art museum, the mall, and the state capital.”

• The manager, Charles, was superb. Hands-on, helpful, charming, he made our stay even better.
• Loved it all.

“Wonderful value with breakfast included and manager's reception. Across the street from Old Town Sacramento, the Railroad Museum, great restaurants. Hotel is new, beautiful large rooms, some overlooking the river and a gold-colored bridge. The beds were very comfortable and they gave us a lot of soft pillows. Can not say enough about our stay.”
