• Nothing.
• Bathtub rusty, mildew on mat.

“Checked in and then left to go to another nearby motel. Bathtub had rusty hole, mat had mildew, and pool was closed with very dirty torn cover. Experience was so poor that we wondered what else was not clean.”

• The overall dirtiness of the place.

“This was the worst experience I have ever had. The room was filthy. We have to wait till 2:30 to check in. I took pictures because they will be turned in to the Paducah Health Dept and the Ky State Health Dept. They advertised a swimming pool and it was closed and full of green slime. I asked the front desk clerk for the Managers name and he said he did not know it and we also asked for the address for the Home Office so I could get my money back and he said he did not know that either.”

• Uncomfortable beds, room was dirty, shower curtain was nasty, and room was not properly cleaned.

“Will not stay in Travel Lodge in Paducah area again. The cleaning crew needs to be either re-taught or supervised to make sure rooms are clean. The hotel needs remodeling, furniture needs replacing, beds were horrible, carpet and chairs were stained.”

• It was close to a really good restaurant by the name of Logans.
• The vanity on the sink was falling apart, and the overall look of the room was shabby.

“The continental breakfast left something to be desired. While I realize this is a complimentary service, the price I paid for the crappy room should have included made to order breakfast and room service with a smile.”

“The location is very convenient to Interstate 24. I had a problem finding the place, they could have a better (higher or bigger) sign.”

• It was close to the highway.
• Hairs in the bed of the first room, broken faucet and baseboard in the second.

“This hotel was dingy, dirty and broken down; the only good thing about it was that it was close to the highway. The first room we entered was unclean with mold in the shower and hairs between the sheets of the bed. The second room that was offered to us after complaining about the first had fewer molds in the shower but the faucet on the sink was loose and the baseboard pulled from the walls. It was not a good stay.”
