• Kitchen, complimentary toiletries.
• Only one desk chair, bed somewhat uncomfortable (soft in center), noisy air conditioner fan.

• The A/C did not work properly & had to adjust it constantly.

• Very clean. Great location, and the staff was very helpful.
• We would have like to use the spa outside, but it was full of leaves.

• Fabulous lobby or reception area.
• Elevators a bit slow.

“Very nice place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice touches everywhere chocolate chip cookies in lobby in the evening tea or coffee bar in lobby, great lobby or reception area.”

• Room was equipped with kitchen, cookware etc. Had high speed internet hookup, continental breakfast was available & free popcorn, fresh fruit, cookies.
• Toilet was easily clogged.

“The location of Larkspur Landing (just off I-580) is very convenient to surrounding areas. The room was pleasant and well arranged. I especially appreciated the "full" kitchen, including stove top, slow cooker, microwave, sink & refrigerator and all necessary utensils.”

• Everything!! Comfortable bed, from starbucks coffee to wonderful bed & bath products.

• had kitchen facilities in each room, free laundry, free continental breakfast
• staff was not accomodating to our request for two double beds vs. queen

“I would definitely recommend it; having kitchen facilities helped our restaurant budget. This hotel was undergoing restorations, so the exterior was not attractive and the fire alarm was activated by construction workers. However, it was a great location for our needs, with lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. The free laundry and continental breakfast was a plus.”

• The friendly staff and the amenties offered in the rooms.
• Housekeeping cleans the rooms too late on somedays (after 3pm).

“Check In/out is fast and the staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are well equiped beyond expectations. There is a full kitchen, cd player, dvd player, and cordless phones in the rooms. The Bath & Body Works Soap, shanpoo, conditioner, and lotiion are great. Also the welcome basket makes you feel welcome at the hotel.”

• Great room layout and amenities including full-size fridge, microwave, dishes and complementary high speed internet
• Construction noise from early in the morning, had to request some amenities like shower caps

“This was one of the best business hotels we have stayed at so far. Though the majority of the space was still under construction, the rooms were beautiful and spacious with a large bathroom, full-size kitchen and soft bed. The high speed internet was complementary which is a big plus for us as we like to look up sites to see and get directions on our laptop at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I felt very welcome there for all four days.”

• Currently being facelifted/renovated even though it didn't need one, previously Candlewood Suites. Great cookies at the front desk.
• No pool. Much needed during this heatwave.

“Once again comes through for me. Great location: Off the freeway, restaurants nearby. The new hotel changed from VCR's to DVD players. Each morning they provide a healhty breakfast.”

“definitely a motel 6 quality lost reservation, hair in the shower and on the floor, no bathroom fan, toilet seat waiting to dump you onto the toilet bowl, bottom sheet doesn't fit and the pad makes certain it creates Mt. Everest under your back during the night, refrigerator rolled on the floor and the curtains wouldn't close due to poor fitting---like i mentioned about definitely a motel 6 you should dump this place”

• Very nice room, recently renovated, no complaints.
• Renovation of hotel was not mentioned on web site.

“Exterior/entry of hotel is still undergoing major remodel. Presentation is shaky as the front desk is in what used to be a utility room off a side door of the hotel. My room was complete with nice amenities. When the remodel is complete, this will be a very nice hotel.”

• Convenient, nicely equipped room, nice breakfast included.
• High-speed internet did not always work - not really high-speed. Cable perhaps? Hotel was not responsive when inquiring about the internet problems.

“Overall, a good value. High-speed internet did not always work and staff were not responsive to inquiries about it (not knowledgeable and did not call back when they said they would). Hotel lobby was in the midst of a remodel, so was not as welcoming as it might have been.”
