• Very comfortable.
• No pool, not family friendly.

“We were hoping to get a hotel with a swimming pool as we have two children, so nothing against the hotel. As far as the hotel, they assigned us to a room with a person in it! It was resolved, but very frustrating for us and for the person in the room!”

• Desk staff was good, she tried very hard.
• The comp. Cyst. Is not very good for changing static. The Comp. Cyst. Needs to be up dated.

“The Comp. Cyst. Needs to be update to help the staff to check in customer and not have to wait at least a half hr. And still did not have the job done. The night clerk did the best she could do, give her a @ a boy for her effort.”

• The bed was so comfortable, and they had a lot of things to make you feel at home.
• I wanted to extend my stay, 2 front desk people told me I would be able to. But then they called and told me I had to leave.

“I loved the hotel. But, I wouldn't believe anything the front desk tells you.”

• Lazy front desk staff.

“I booked a non-smoking room. The room was obviously a smoking room and smelled horrible! When I arrived there was a sign on the front desk that they had stepped away to assist someone but if immediate assistance is needed dial "0" on the phone. Thinking someone would be back soon to watch the desk I waited and waited and finally grew impatient and dialed "0". The front desk clerk was around the corner sitting on his butt! I will not go back to this hotel in the future.”

• It had a kitchen.
• The bed was horrible & I got no sleep.

“My husband and I went out for our anniversary, and decided to stay in a hotel for a mini vacation from our house and 2 year old daughter who shares a room with us. We do not smoke yet we got a smoking room and were both extremely allergic, also we are very large people and were given a queen size bed which would work if it were a decent mattress, but this bed just folded into the middle and neither one of us got any sleep, because we were so miserably uncomfortable.”

• Could not get a non smoking room.

“Hotel was very nice! Wow! Anyhow all was good except the fact that I could not get a non smoking room, they said they ionize each smoking room and it did not smell too bad upon arrival however when we got in bed. The pillows smelled of smoke as did the beds. Non smoker ill understand this - although a smoker my say. Whatever! Anyhow besides that a nice hotel!”

• Quite and the price was right, I liked the fridge in the room
• Queen size bed I like a king I'm 6'4".

• 2 bed rooms were not made available.

“Nice hotel, except the staff wasn't willing to provide a two bed room, even though there was one available. But they offered me the opportunity to upgrade to two beds for an additional $70. I passed.”

• They only had smoking rooms and tried to upgrade us. Not a good experience with this hotel.

“This hotel was a good location. The place was 80% clean and the front desk clerk automatically tried to upgrade us out of a smoking room (we don't smoke). We had to go look and Smell the room first, then we said to each other were only here a few hours.”

• Had a room with all needed appliances and convenience of home. Liked it very much.
• It was a bit difficult to find. People had trouble giving me the right directions.

“Enjoyed our stay. Having all the conveniences all in the room was a plus. Clean, friendly and helpful staff.”

• Candle wood Cupboard and location to the Convention Center.
• I Got a SMOKING room instead of NON Smoking and could not change, BED was too small.

“Overall it was a nice place for what I paid. Good Location, easy to find for an out of Towner, staff was VERY nice, the kitchenette sure makes it easier for meals. However, the room was a SMOKING room (they consider a smoking room a "STANDARD ROOM") with a smaller than average bed, too small for my wife and I. The rooms need to cleaned / vacuumed more often than once a week, debris and paper all over the floor. 3 out of the 5 total washing machines were out of order / broken.”

• The receptionist was great and very helpful.
• There was no complimentary breakfast. I was not looking for an "extended stay" type place.

“Overall very clean, pleasant staff, available wireless connection. Somewhat minimally furnished. Has workout room adjoining a laundry facility which made the workout that much more humid.”

• It was just the perfect size, setting, convenience and the small store inside was awesome.
• Nothing. We liked it all.

“This place was the best. We so absolutely enjoyed our stay and the desk help was more than friendly, funny even. I felt very good staying here. Thank you for a great experience.”

• It was very convenient to have the kitchen.
• The back of the tv remote was broken and the batteries would fall out when you picked it up.

“Very convenient with easy access from the interstate. Close to shopping & restaurants. It was very clean with extremly nice and helpful staff. A+ hotel.”
