• The room was clean, the kitchen very helpful.
• Shower handle broke, location little bit tricky to find.

“Staff was friendly, rooms were neat and clean. We were moving with two small children. We got the room next to the pool and gym which was a big plus for my son. Little tricky to find confusing location. All in all a very lovely stay.”

“Finally found the hotel after many excursions. Its location is poorly marked on both the map and highway. Very nice room with many facilities, and good breakfast.”

• Great to have a full size kitchen & a living room for entertaining.
• No indoor pool.

“This hotel is an excellent choice for families as well as business travelers. We stayed at a Residence Inn in Chicago for 30 days in 2000. We were there on business. They are always so helpful that it makes your stay a pleasure.”

• My suite room was newly decorated and very nice!
• The hallway outside my room was under construction and I got paint on my coat.

“Nice free buffet breakfast with something for everyone. Be sure and ask for directions from the staff as it would be tricky to find otherwise.”

• Even the quality is not perfect, it's a clean and the stuffs are friendly.
• The only thing for my shelf only a bit far for my biz.

• Good facility.
• Didn't have my room. Had to complain.

“I arrived at the hotel at 11:45 PM after confirming my registration with them at 8 PM. When I arrived, they said there wasn't a room, although they told me only 3 hours earlier I was "all set." I waited around for almost 20 minutes (Now past Midnight) until they "miraculously" found a room for me. Nice facility. Horrible check in experience.”
