“This place is falling apart, paper wall was pealing off from the walls, old and noisy AC units, rude and unhelpful front desk agents. Mostly girl from Switzerland who asked for my id when I requested a towel and she was the one who checked me in.”

“Nice, clean, comfortable and thoughtful - ideal for business travelers and okay for families too. Friendly staff. Workplace well designed. Free and fast Wifi. Comfortable bed. Have the new Hilton alarm clocks with aux connection for MP3 players. Good business center. Situated next to a lake, which has walkways around it for jogging. Breakfast is extra for about 10 bucks.”

“Hilton Garden Inns seem to have done away with free breakfasts, but otherwise they remain a solid value. Rooms are big, beds are comfortable, the toiletries and alarm clock are the nice ones from the regular Hilton hotels. You feel safe and comfortable. Well stocked pantry. Free wifi, comfortable workplace with a very nice chair, power points which are surge protected. Limited room service from local Bennigan's, and there are other diners very close by. All in all, very highly recommended.”

“This hotel met all our expectations, from the time we first drove up to the hotel, the friendly and helpful staff, until the time we left on the hotel provided shuttle to the airport. Coffee and juice were provided, but no complimentary continental breakfast. Overall our stay was very nice.”

“This hotel was great except for the staff any questions we had; they did not really want to answer and did not really treat me nice.”

“This hotel is great. I had a great time no problems at all fast check in. We went to Orlando to go the theme parks a little drive about 15 min but there is so much on your way to the parks we didn't mind. The manager was very helpful we were having problems with our computer and he took time out to help us. Thanks very much we will be staying there again.”

“Everything about the hotel was great, except that the first night we could hardly understand what the desk clerk was saying. She told my husband over the phone to go to C4 to meet the hotel shuttle at the airport, but there is no C4. It should have been B4. He had repeated it back to her more than once, and she said yes, C4. Then when we arrived we had a great deal of trouble communicating with her. And, she was definitely not friendly. Surly would be a more apt description. Also, my husband found it strange that a hotel that seemed to want to have business travelers did not offer any kind of a complimentary breakfast. The only thing available was a restaurant meal for $9.95 we were told at check-in. We did, however, like he area and my husband found it a great place to take his morning 3-mile run. We will be staying there again tonight on our way back home.”
