• Comfy bed.
• Toilet didn't flush too well and tub clogged. Would have like to have a refrigerator in room as well.

“The stay at the hotel was pleasant, except for the noise during the night due to construction in front of the hotel. I chose to live one day early due to the noise and I still have problems getting the refund back. I would appreciate if someone can help me on that issue.”

• Bad service and lounge on the concierge level.

“1st day internet was down for half day and elevator service too low. Guest elevator was being used as service elevator.”

• The heated pool was very nice. The room was pleasant and quiet.
• I thought that the fees charged for movies were excessive (8.95-11.95). Also, the breakfasts were very pricey ($10 range).

• Warm pool, friendly help, and comfortable beds.
• It was great for the price.

“We were grandparents traveling with our children and grandchildren. The pool was warm and most enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the experience. The cookies were a plus!”

• The staff is absolutely wonderful, friendly and accommodating. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
• Everything was good in my experience.

“Very conveniently located right off the highway. I was promptly greeted and check in process was smooth. The only issue I was first given a smoking room, I called the front desk and was told it was absolutely no problem to switch my room. They handled it with a smile.”
