• Convenience.
• Pool was closed. Continental breakfast was limited.

“For the price and convenience it was acceptable. As above mentioned, the pool was closed but they did give a free one day pass to a gym close by that had a pool. I asked the room near the pool so I could use it not have to drive elsewhere. The breakfast was very limited. The same cereal and bagels every day. Other than that the room was clean and overall experience was okay.”

• Hotel was easily accessible from the freeway.
• The hotel room's bathroom wasn't very clean. Some of the amenities were missing.

“The hotel lobby is it's best feature very clean and beautifully arrange. When we got to our room, that was another story. The room was clean, but the bathroom had much to be desired. The shower/bath didn't look clean. We also saw rust in the toilet paper holder. The iron was missing, as well as an ice bucket, & cups. ”

“The hotel is in a convenient location for business in the Jax-Orange Park area. You ripped me off. You charged for a day I did not use and charged a State Tax I do not have to pay. I am finished with you and will pass this around in my organization.”

• The room was very dirty, hairs still in the tub, sink and bed.
• Dirty, nasty and disgusting.

“Before warned, this hotel does not clean the rooms after each guest. We arrived at 12:30 A.M. just wanting to get a good nights rest and we find hair in not only the tub, but around the sink and also found pubic hair on the sheets. We refused to stay and found a much better place to stay.”

• Good value, for both room and breakfast bar, and great access to southern beltway for Jax.
• None.

“Good value for the money. Rooms clean and well maintained. Excellent location for easy access to I-295 on the south side of Jacksonville. Full breakfast bar for only $4.00. One of the best mid-grade hotels I have stayed in.”
