• Friendliness, cooperativeness of staff.
• Slippery floors in bathrooms.

“The rooms were comfortably sized. Mattresses were what was expected. The pillows were standard hotel type. There was some deterioration in the wall above the shower. Slippery floor in baths, I suggest getting some of the adhesive traction items made for that. My daughter fell and was bruised badly.”

• Price and location.
• The breakfast food was limited and not very tasty.

“Contemporary style is a little silly but okay. Overall, it was inexpensive and located well to the road and that's what I was looking for. I would stay there again.”

• The location was perfect for my needs.
• There were condom packages and empty cigarette boxes in the bedside table drawer.

“There was trash in the bedside drawer of condoms and smoke packages and when I left a note to house keeping along with a $2 tip to address it, (I stayed two nights) the money was gone but not the gross trash.”

• Poor management.

“We were forced to leave the hotel at 2am because we could not sleep due to several rooms where the occupants were fighting, several police cars were out front arresting some people. when we said we were checking out due to these disturbances-the night manager offered no apology. In short it was an awful night.”

• Very close and convenient to the Verizon Music Center for concerts!!
• No towels in room-had to go down and get them, no shampoo/conditioner, floor not swept, 1bed was not neatly made-looked used.

“I've stayed at this hotel many of times over the last 2 years. It's unfortunate that they overly increase room rates during a concert night, they do not acknowledge any discounts. This visit was the most untidy, room we have ever been in. We found a man's wallet in the room, in a drawer, contacted the owner, I mailed the wallet to them. They were appreciative. They had called the hotel to have them search for the wallet. I guess, the hotel, couldn't find it. Yes, I would go back to this hotel. Maybe we just hit a bad week for the hotel staff.”

• Room had one towel, Room "HOT" on entry.

“Nice new facility. The preparation of the rooms needs to be better handled. Receive different treatment! The Continental breakfast should be expanded on or eliminated. No fruit, No hot anything other than a make your own waffle.”

• Construction of the hotel was very, very poor.

“The room's door would not latch unless you physically picked the door up. The bathroom door would not latch at all. The shower handle was not installed properly. Probably the worst constructed hotel that I have ever stayed at in my life.”

• The hotel was very clean.
• The service of the front desk employee the next morning.

“About the only positive thing I can say about our stay at this hotel is that it is very clean. The beds were uncomfortable and we had only one bath towel in a room with two queen sized beds. The continental breakfast was from 6 am to 10 am. Almost everything (including both coffee carafes) was gone at 8am and not being replenished. If you needed something , you had to ask at the front desk. This was not the best experience when traveling with two young children.”
