• The lobby was very nice and I loved all the art.
• The person I spoke with on the reservation line,
  was VERY rude and not helpful at all.

“The hotel was very mediocre as far as moderate to upscale hotels go, not necessarily bad but not inspiring of another visit either. The beds were not as comfortable as those we've recently experienced at Marriott, Hampton Inn, and Raddison. We were awaken in the middle of the night by several "partiers" next door and there was a falling-down drunk party in the lobby when my family left the pool... both had apparently come from on-site wedding receptions. I was uncomfortable having my children subjected to these things. At the same time, management did seem to address both issues.”

• Very nice hotel, excellent service from staff.
• Restaurant was very expense so we chose to dine elsewhere.

“Very nice hotel for the price. Located next to the Qwest Center and only a short drive from the Old Market, Zoo and Stadium. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and clean.”

• Charge for internet, charge for workout room and
  charged for parking.

• The helpful staff, the shuttle service, and lots of pillows.
• The restaurant was out of my first choice for dessert. Had to make do with hazelnut torte. I suffered.

“Close to downtown, and convention center, with shuttle service in a three mile radius. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The restaurant serves a good pork chop.”

• Location near Quest Center and new walkway over the Missouri river was beautiful!

“The hotel was lovely. The walk through the Quest Center and east over the new walkway spanning the Missouri River was worth the trip to Omaha by itself!”

• Coffee shop needs help.

“The staff was excellent when my daughter obtained hives, the staff was very helpful. However, the coffee shop had the worst latte ever. The lines to the machine need to be cleaned!”
