• Incorporated local artists into architectural design.
• You had to pay extra for everything.

“Amenities cost way too much. There was no need to charge guests for parking even visitors stopping by to pick me up had to pay $9. The gym is nothing special and it costs $10. Local phone calls cast $1.50.”

• That it connected to the quest center.
• They charge for wireless internet and the exercise room.

“Very nice hotel all around. I'm very surprised they charge for use of there exercise room and wireless internet. This would be enough for me to find another hotel.”

• Beautiful to look at, both spaces and art clean, conveniently located for the conference we attended.
• Did not give us a smoking room as we called and requested, and not even continental breakfast.

“Beautiful and conveniently located, very clean, great amenities except no continental breakfast. Staff was pleasant, but didn't go out of their way. Would have liked to be staying for leisure and fun to really enjoy it and use the amenities, rather than just going to bed between conference workshops.”

“The hotel itself was fine, but when we came in that evening their was a large party of young people having a large party on are floor we called several times, with no satisfaction for the problem, the manager in the morning said she was sorry we missed a nights sleep?”

• Very nice great location and staff very friendly.
• We had to take a disabled bathroom no other rooms available and they did not tell us. Food in restaurant was not very good ate breakfast.

“I like the hotel but felt they should have told us they were placing us in disabled bathroom room. And they need to do a better job on restaurant.”

• Nice staff, comfortable and pleasant room, nice lobby.
• The space under the door let in loud noises from the hall. People talking as late as 2am sounded like they were in our room.

“Friendly staff and nice rooms. Great space but the hall noise was unacceptable. Long hallways and a huge space under the door let voices echo into our room all night.”

• Obviously, the bed was COMFY! I enjoyed the atmosphere and quality.
• No breakfast and the coffee bar was expensive and not good. Parking was not connected to hotel.

“This hotel was lovely to stay in. The quality was in the details. Lovely artwork, nice furniture, little extras like a headboard and real shower curtain. These things made it feel like luxury. I did not appreciate that there is no covered passageway from the parking to the hotel. On a cold, rainy day, that was MOST unpleasant. The coffee bar left a bit to be desired. Drive over to the 13th Street Coffee bar for cheaper and better quality.”

• The lobby was spacious.
• The room had recently been occupied.

“The room had recently had someone in it. The ironing board was set up with iron on it, plugged in. The mouthwash in the bathroom had been used. A wet washcloth was on the bathroom counter. A half full glass of water was on the bureau together with a bucket of ice half melted.”

• The room was very nice; the bed was comfortable.
• Having to pay an additional fee to park!

“The room was comfortable, the hallways were well lit and kept clean. Additional charge for everything else- phone, parking, internet.”

• Gorgeous, clean, great sheets and bedding.
• Smoker valet drove my car and parking ramp was short of spaces.

“The hotel was superb: clean, fresh, well-appointed rooms with beautiful sheets and bedding. The location with an indoor walkway next to the concert venue was ideal.”

• Parking fees were not fully explained. Cafe staff rude.

“Overall, we had a great experience in this lovely hotel. The complaints are minor (more like suggestions for improvement). The cafe staff was rude (which may not be associated with the hotel), and the parking garage fees/accessibility were not clearly explained, but was easy to figure out. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this hotel to any business traveler, or someone who is doing any activities in Downtown Omaha.”
