• The bed was soft, clean, wonderful; exceptional cleanliness, great staff, exceeded our expectations.
• No dislikes.

“Although the hotel is nestled in an out of the way corner of Oak Brook and Oak Brook Terrace, it is convenient to all area business and shopping. The amenities were outstanding, such as a restaurant, a convenience store, workout area with pool and a business center. The room was so comfortable we did not want to leave to use the amenities offered.”

• The cleanliness of the room was impeccable.
• Parking.

“This hotel is what all hotels catering to business travelers should strive to be. The staff is very friendly, yet they remain professional in every aspect. The internet reception is great in all three of the rooms that I have stayed in there. The rooms are spotless. No hesitation to walk across the room in bare feet. The only problem they have is parking. On weekends the dinner theater patrons next door use all of Hilton's parking spaces when they should be using the parking ramp but are just too lazy to walk from the ramp. The Hilton should reserve four rows of parking and the parallel spaces on the ends for hotel guests.”

• It was a nice quiet hotel just for a quick weekend getaway.
• It is a little tricky to find if you don't know the area very well.

“The hotel was very nice for the price. The only thing I can say needed improvement was that the top comforter was dirty. Other than that the beds were comfortable and I really enjoyed my stay!”

• Comfortable beds.
• They closed the pool an hour before closing time. Whirl pool needs cleaning.

“Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. The whirlpool (hot tub) was not functioning correctly. Water was about the same temperature as swimming pool and there was visible scum in the corners of the whirlpool. There is also construction near hotel which made getting around a bit difficult. Everything else was good.”

“Little complicated to find at first. But, being a bit off the beaten track it seemed quieter and more relaxing. Nice area that felt safe. Apparently shares a parking lot with the event center next door, so the parking lot was fairly full on weekend evenings. Staff was friendly. The rooms were attractive, clean and quiet. For a 2.5 star hotel, the beds had very nice quality linens. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, ironing board in room. No complimentary breakfast. Looked like breakfast in the hotel restaurant was around $10. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.”

• Lovely clean rooms. Softest, most comfortable beds! Free internet/wireless! Friendly service.
• TV did not work well.

“Excellent! For me, a comfortable bed is most important thing and the bed was the best I've slept in. For my husband,
free wireless internet that says it all. We were both pleased with our stay and would happily travel there again.”

• The location in relation.
• When we returned for the night there was an event at Drury Lane and therefore there was not sufficient parking.

“Very clean & attractive room. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Location was nice out just far enough from the city but a nice saturday evening drive into downtown. Only complaint was it was somewhat difficult to get into with directions from mapquest, definitely give them a call to guide you onto the property.”

“Really liked this hotel - there's a microwave and fridge in the room - I just fixed breakfast in my room and saved time and money doing so. Conveniently located and once you figure out where it is, it's easy to get around the area. Clean and comfortable.
