“This hotel is fantastic. While the location isn't really close to anything in particular, with a cab ride you can easily get anywhere. The best was super comfy, and the room was nice. The TV was tiny but who goes to NYC to watch television? The staff
was really helpful and friendly and I would stay here again.”

“I stay here for business travel when in NY -- meets my company's per diem, and the modern decor is welcoming, bright and uplifting. I actually look forward to going back to my cozy room after a long day at the office. Rooms are small, as are most in this price range in NY, but the space is functional, they offer free wireless internet, and the service is excellent. Aveda products and excellent food for room service add to the experience. Walking distance to the Grammercy/Flatiron area, and fairly close to the subway. Haven't had a chance to shop yet, but 5th Avenue, Broadway and Park Ave. are all close by. Tons more character than a chain, and blows away the more typical small, aged NY hotel at this price range.”

“A poor choice relative to other boutique hotels in New York City. Noisy rooms, limited climate control options (although a thermostat exists in each room, this hotel cut corners on the renovation and does not allow guest choice of heat vs a/c - service is switched from one to the other twice yearly).”

“The lobby and mezzanine area are beautiful--loved the jazz band in the lobby. The rooms are bright and a good size, we loved the flat screen tv's and free internet access. not your typical marriott, the staff was friendly and approachable--I'd stay here again.”
