• Close to interstate 880.
• Broken plumbing, unresponsive staff.

“The room was what I expected. Unfortunately there are signs of deferred maintenance and unresponsive staff. The toilet needed plunging and the bathtub drain would not remain open unless you kept your toe on it during a shower. I put in a formal written request yet it did not get resolved until I finally let the tub fill up with water and the maids became involved.”

• Location, parking area.
• Room was dirty, the mattress pad was so thin one could feel the coils as you laid in bed and one fell it the following expensive for the money I paid.

• Maid service good, nice that there was a fridge & micro.
• Local calls were not included in the price of the room.

“Continental breakfast met minimal expectations. For a leisure traveler, stopping the service at 9:00 was too early. If travelers are looking for a clean room, this location is a good choice.”

• The refrigerator and microwave were nice. And there is good cell phone coverage.
• Some staff rude. Toilet backed up. Dirty soap left on sink.

“The room was nice sized and the bed was pretty comfortable. Having a refrigerator and microwave is nice. The location is very handy to freeways, restaurants etc. Unfortunately the daytime staff was not friendly at all and did nothing to go out of their way to help. A lot of truck drivers use this hotel so the parking lot is a bit crowded with trucks. Also the TV channel selection is pretty weak.”

• Conveniently close to various restaurants.
• Room has strong odor perhaps the scent of the cleaning supplies.

“Conveniently located to restaurants and stores. Lobby was comfortable. Good continental breakfast. Room was Tokay Had strong scent.”

• Great internet, excellent location to cisco, kla tencor.
• Outward appreance is motel like.

• Excellent location relative to Cisco & KLA.
• Kind of Motel look on outside, good on inside.

“Very convenient location for McCarthy Ranch, Cisco and other high tech companies in Milpitas. Rooms are basic but large and have very good high speed internet.”

• Motel more than hotel but rooms are nice.

• Good location close to my work.
• maids sometimes forgot to fully close door after cleaning.

“Good rooms with nice furnishings, nice lobby with decent basic breakfast. Motel style arrangement with rooms facing outward towards street.”

• Really clean lobby, excellent decor, friendly helpful staff.
• Most rooms face outward and looks like motel.

“Trible Environment Uncontorlled Surrouding Nosiy,Trible Décor, Cheapest Furniture I had seen in any hotel or motel. Disrespectful Staff. Ugly views. Dirty old carpets.”
