• The hotel and grounds were very clean and nicely kept.
• The towels had hair on them.

“We spoke to the manager regarding this problem with the linen. It should be spotless. The hair on the towels was not great either. I really liked the hotel and would pay much greater attention to the linens that are put on the beds. I would council the Environmental Services staff about this problem. Other than that it was a great stay and I would stay there again.”

• Room was clean; hotel was conveniently located to major routes.
• Beds were a bit high for short legged guests, refrigerator made constant noise.

“Overall, I would recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary continental breakfast was fresh and offered several choices. The room and bathroom were clean and the beds were comfortable. My only complaints were that the beds were a bit high, particularly for short legged people and the fridge/microwave unit made a clicking noise almost constantly.”

• Convenient to everything I planned to do.
• Did not like the service in the hotel had an issue with house cleaning.

“Stay there was never completely right or comfortable. So many little things were not checked in the room from no batteries in the remote to an unclean shower curtain. I have never had a hotel where I left after 11 am & therefore did not get room cleaned. The next morning I then had the head of house cleaning come to my room. I would not stay at this hotel again.”

“The hotel was not worth the price. The staff was not very "capable" and they tried to charge me twice for the room. I would only stay there again if other hotels in the area were booked.”

• It's halfway between Michigan and New York.
• It wasn't very clean, check in person had little interest in doing there job.

“OK, I suppose, the area is expensive for no reason other than convenience. OK one doesn't have very high expectation for 2 stars but this didn't even reach them some of the time. Will not stay there again.”

• Great value for the money. Delicious continental breakfast with good variety.
• Would be convenient if there was another door to use rather than bring luggage, etc. through hotel lobby.

“Great hotel for the price we paid. We had everything we needed in the room, including microwave and refrigerator. All hotel employees we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Clean and bright atmosphere. Wonderful location with several different restaurants to choose from. We would most likely stay there again and would definitely recommend it to everyone.”

• The room was very nice and clean. There was a microwave, coffeemaker and refrigerator inside.
• I asked for extra pillows and didn't receive them due to the Hotel apparently not having any.

“Overall good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, without any hesitation. We will stay there in the future.”

• Inexpensive and convenient to interstate, quick off and on.
• Book as non-smoking room on Internet and was given smoking room.

“Over all the hotel was nice. My only complaint was I booked a non-smoking room on the Internet and was given a smoking room. Was told 'oh that happens when you book in the Internet Major problem in my book.”

• On first morning, chased from room at 8:50 a.m. by cleaning lady.
