• Spacious room, washer and dryer in room (free), huge closet/storage space.
• Room was dusty, kitchen dirty, marble floors in room had dust bunnies blowing across them, shower head was corroded (water flow obstructed).

“Hotel required valet parking. Had to pay the attendant to pull my car up 10 feet to the door. Ridiculous! Not good for children! Had to get special permission for a roll-away bed from mgr. (fire code) almost didn't get one. Very uncomfortable sleeping conditions for the children. King bed had crumbs on the sheets. No pop machines had to go to bar and pay an arm and a leg. Luckily only stayed one night. Will not return!”

• Excellent location - walking distance to the shops and restaurants in the Grove, spacious accommodations, nice linens, staff very helpful and nice.
• Nothing I did not like.

“For easy access to the Sony-Ericsson tennis tournament, this was a good choice. We walked to Downtown Coconut Grove and had dinner at a nice outdoor-seating restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the lobby was clean and attractive, and our room was more than adequate. It was so much nicer than a chain motel. We had beautiful weather, which always contributes to the experience, even though that was just luck. I would stay there next time!”

• I liked the suites and the ocean view.
• The food was not as good as the rest of the experience.

• Location to coconut grove.
• Parking garage behind the hotel was noisy.

“Room was okay. The bad part is that a parking garage is right behind the hotel and you will hear car alarms go off thru the night as people come back from partying in coconut grove. Make sure you get a room far way from the back side. Also, for those not interested in paying the $16 valet parking - you can self park. When I arrived, the parking attendant told me you could not self park but found out later that you indeed could.”
