“I was very disappointed. The lobby was fine and the staff was great. But the hallway had a musty, mildewy, type of rotten milk smell. The carpeting in the hallway was badly stained. There were black hairs in the bathroom sink, on the bathroom countertop, and in the bathtub.”

“This hotel should not be rated 2 stars. It was severely neglected. Bathrooms were dirty, fixtures were broken, a/c squeaked loudly, window didn't lock, carpets were soiled and torn. I complained to the front desk clerk and was given a key to another room only to find that it was also in the same shape as the one I had. There was even a dirty washcloth in the middle of the floor. Would not want to stay here again under any circumstances.”

“The hotel elevator was very questionable on its safety. The parking lot was used by others then hotel guest and all the staff could tell me was I could park my car in the overflow parking area with poor to little lighting.”

“The hotel was dirty and musty. It was so bad we decided to drive to Chicago after 8:00 PM and stay with relatives, even though we had paid for the room.”
