• Very freindly and helpful staff.
• Both mattresses had collapsed spots where you would lay to sleep.

“If the matresses had been level and firm, I would have rated this hotel 3-3.5”

• It was close to the areas we wanted to visit.
• They were remodeling and moving furniture the day we checked in.

“The landmark pool was closed, work being done and the room was supposed to have been renovated, the work was shoddy and I was upset with the way the work was done. Poor paint and work holes in walls. Bed was comfortable.”

• Microwave and refrigerator in the room.
• Extra cost for two extra people. Not enough towels.

• Free breakfast, easy parking, easy to find, clean bathroom.
• Carpet is old, ugly and stained.

“Right off the freeway. First impression is spacious lobby with clean cut simple interior. Bathroom is big and clean. The only drawback is the room carpet looks dirty and old. Old comforter too makes me hesitate to sleep tight. Free breakfast of toast, cereal, boiled eggs and cookies. Don't expect to find bacon or ham.”

• Currently upgrading to a Comfort Inn from the old Lee's in, being totally reworked and aesthetically nice.
• Construction crews carved up a chicken and cooked it for lunch, left its entrails on the sidewalk leading to entrance.

“I have stayed in this location in the past and was relatively disgusted with it's previous appearance and lack of maintenance. But now, even while under the same management, they have revamped much of the hotel, have new gym equipment, new carpets, new beds, new furnishings. It was like a totally different place than it was 60 days ago. Quite impressed, so much so that I'll be staying there again next week!”

• Easy to find, right off 65.
• Room dirty, sheets and towels stained.

“Would not stay here again. Hotel is in process of converting to a Comfort Inn, but obviously has not replaced towels or sheets in a very long time. Room was dirty, and I saw a black bug. Might be ok once it becomes a Comfort Inn, and replaces everything.”

• The bed was very comfortable.
• Outlet in bathroom and on wet bar were dead; pillows were sub par; top sheet was torn.

“We liked the location of the hotel and the comfort of the bed. We did not know that the bathroom outlet and the wet bar outlet were dead until the next morning. If we hadn't brought our own hair dryer, we would have had to wait until the staff could fix it and we were in a hurry to leave. The pillows were flimsy for such a comfortable bed and the top sheet was tearing away at the top them. We reported these things to the staff upon checkout.”

• Bedding looked old, bed was never changed. Nasty.

“Didn't feel like the hotel was clean. The cleaning service never changed my bed or cleaned the bathroom while I was there. These kinds of things make a difference to me also they reset my door keys and didn't tell me. I went to try to get into my room and couldn't. ask the desk and they had reset them. I still don't know why.”

• Willingness to move us to a different room when the first one smelt like smoke. Plus the breakfast was good!
• Highway side rooms are not very quite. The cleanness of the room was fair, Phone was not plugged in should of caught that when cleaning the room.

“Close to eating and shopping. Also if you have kids there is a large park with in miles that is set up great for kids age 3 and up.”

“Hotel was way better than other reviews lead us to believe. What we saw of the hotel was clean and looked recently remodeled. Our room was very nice, with new digital AC unit and very spacious. Breakfast did not have the choices we liked but there are many nearby places to try.”

“This was a very good stay in a quality room that was very clean and updated. The free breakfast was very good and the pool and spa were very well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

• The staff was very nice- room was clean-breakfast was good.
• Beds are not very comfortable, the odor as you walked into the back entrance!

“This is fine for a one night stay- nothing special about the room, although the little refrig. was nice. The smell in the entry way at the back of the hotel was disgusting like mildew or wet dog.”

• Terrible breakfast could not eat there.

“When I went to breakfast I had coffee. There was one table and it was full so I had to take coffee back to my room. The bagel was so stale I couldn't eat it and the cereals were poor nutritional choices.”
