Quiet, laundry facilities and kitchenette and free parking.
No signage and very hard to find and their phone didn't work to get directions.

“This hotel is very hard to find. It gives an address on Sand Canyon Rd. but there is no sign on the street you have to turn into to get back to their facility. It took me 30 minutes of extra driving and asking people until I finally found it.”

Overall very quiet.
Hard to find from the street.

“This hotel is actually in the rear of a hospital parking lot; very hard to locate from the street. It's not very close to the Irvine Spectrum as the name would lead one to believe.”

Good sized rooms.
No Maid service.

“Ultra quiet location. Ultra noisy air-conditioning, run down bathroom and kitchen plumbing much in need of replacement!”

“No choice of room type. Wanted to charge more for a 2 bed room even though there was much availability. Very few amenities. Most I've paid for a hotel of this quality.”
