• The staff was extra friendly.
• Every room had dehumidifiers - fix the damp problem.

• Great Staff at check-in and until 11PM.
• Elevator needed to be vacuumed.

“Not a bad place for the $'s! Great check-in staff and they helped me out because of their remodel in progress they printed out a few things for me. They simply went "beyond". Would probably stay there again.”

“The lady in the room next to me attempted suicide. I had 3 EMTs and 3 police officers outside my room, along with the woman's screaming family members. The hotel refused to move me to another room without charging me for a new room, and I was provided no compensation for my inability to sleep in such a chaotic environment.”

“This stay was by far the best of any Ive ever stayed in for the price. The staff is very kind and the wait on yourself continental breakfast. Any time Im in the Jackson area I know where I'll be staying. I dont know much about star ratings for hotels but this one deserves more than two I do know that.”

“Pretty much a normal Fairfield Inn. Front-desk clerk wasn't overly cooperative. His leaving the lobby area and going behind the counter in his stocking feet was a nice touch.”

• Close to I-55. Fresh smelling, clean linen, no comforters just nice sheets.
• No attendant available to assist with luggage.

• I loved it! I have already told people about it and would definitely go back.

It was one of the most comfortable beds I¿ve ever slept in! I've never stayed in one of these hotels before, but now I will be looking for a Fairfield inn where ever I travel!”

• The staff was quite accommodating, the room was clean, the indoor pool and hot tub were delightful, and we enjoyed the breakfast.
• Can't think of a thing.

• For me it was very inconvenient in that there was not a fridge or microwave. I am a travel nurse.

“The staff was very personable and accommodating. The fitness center was good. My only disappointment was there was not a refrigerator or microwave in the room. I am a travel nurse and travel to Jackson weekly to work and use hotels as housing. I don't need an extended stay hotel with a stove, but a fridge and microwave would do just fine for reheating meals and storing leftovers. It has a very quiet environment, especially considering the traffic of people that filter in and out of the hotel.”

• Very comfortable bedding.
• Poor watch over swimming area, a woman was swimming topless in the pool. The pool was too close to the front desk for the employees to not notice.

“With the exception of the swimming pool incident, the hotel was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was great!”
