• Clean room, free laundry and DVD/movie library.
• No rooms with 2 beds. Cot or air mattress came only after repeated request. AC blows directly on bed.

“A nice place for business travelers or extended stay, but only if you require one bed and only if you have an issue or request before 11 pm. The room was very clean and we appreciated the free laundry.”

• My air conditioner did not work properly.

• Free laundry, kitchen, stove and refrigerator, DVD player and library, free Internet.
• Room clean only once a week, slow dial up internet connection.

“Good place for long term stay. Specially if you like to cook and buy your own groceries. Free internet (even though a bit slow), free video library and free laundry facility was a plus. The room was spacious and the shower/bathroom area was big and fun. We enjoyed our stay, it felt very comfortable.”

• Had a smoking room, no double beds.

“Hotel was ok. But they did not have any double beds. My friend had to sleep on the sofa bed. Also we got a smoking room. But this is the second time something like this has happened.”

• Very clean and everything worked.
• Limited front desk staff. Sometimes you need to wait to be served.

• Kitchen is very convenient. I stay here often.
• I wish it had a pool.

“Clean, comfy rooms. Nothing fancy, but not at all shabby. My son loves the free DVD library and the staff was very helpful in recommending a movie. There is a decently stocked honor cupboard where you can get food, drinks, toiletries etc. Free use of their washer and dryers. A great place to stay if you're going to be in town for a few days.”

• It smelled like stale food throughout the property.

“I stayed in a junior executive suite. It was comfortable and safe, but homeless people took over the outdoor areas at night.”

• The kitchenette was a plus.
• No rooms had 2 beds, odd smell to the entire hotel, no pool.

“The business or short-stay customer will find a clean comfortable room with ample table space and a nice little kitchen. Staff is very accommodating and friendly.”

• Friendly and helpful staff.
• Our room was next to the elevator. Very noisy all night long.

“Overall it was a great hotel. It was difficult to sleep with the elevator next to the room. Our room was adjacent to the back of the elevator. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a quiet location.”

• Loved the convenience of the laundry being free and so was the internet.
• Don't like the front desk being closed all night.

“Room was large and fully equipped with full refrigerator and stove. Nice exercise room and laundry. The store prices high but offset by free internet and washer/dryers.”

• Very friendly staff and nice (free) video library.
• I thought for a one bed room, the bed should be a king and not a queen bed.

“The front lobby staff was very helpful and nice enough to give us complimentary soda cards upon our check-in. There is a movie library where you can check out late release DVDs for free and an honor system convenience store on site. The rooms were clean and attractive to the eye. The only complaint I had was the room we were in only had one queen size bed. Most hotel rooms I have stayed in either have two queen size beds or one king size bed.”

• We liked the location of the hotel and that each room is a "suite" with kitchen amenities.
• There is nothing we didn't like.

“I would absolutely stay at this hotel again and will recommend it to family who visit yearly. It's a great family hotel, especially for longer stays; since each room is a suite with a full kitchen (equipped). The hotel is 10 years old but appears to have been recently remodeled since carpeting etc looked new. Room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Good location - shopping and restaurants nearby.”

“All and all is good for a 2 stars, I got much worse. Beside the classic issues with 2 stars hotel (small mattress, noisy AC, queen bed) everything else was pretty good. Definitely worth the money.”

• Hotel was clean and safe, liked the gym and out of the way of lots of traffic and had free internet access.
• Not real close to shops but that's fine too.

“The hotel more than met my needs and more importantly it was clean and safe. Loved the fact that I got free internet access and there was a small athletic facility available. No restaurant and no pool but that was not important to me. I had everything I needed and at a good price.”
