• Good location, more affordable than the available hotels around Okoboji.
• I wish the continental breakfast would be better. I really like the waffle machines in other hotels.

“This hotel is good for the money. The pool was big, but I didn't like that it was so open to everyone walking by, especially the hot tub. My wife and I chose not to use it because of that. The rooms are satisfactory. I would like to see a little better breakfast selection and location.”

• There isn't anything that I liked about this hotel.
• Everything, including the obscenities that the staff yell at you.

“Appearance from the outside, (my first impression) "this place is falling apart". Peeling paint trim missing etc. Inside, the room smelled. A front desk staff member yelled to my wife across the lobby: "F--K You!" That was enough.”

• Little pool for the small children to swim in.
• Wanted extra money for crib or cot to sleep on.

“It was a fairly nice place but the room was really small and I was put off by the fact they wanted extra money for a crib or cot. The people were very friendly but I felt for the size of the room and the cost they should not have asked extra money for those things. It was a nice pool area; however the breakfast was good but not great.”
