• Linens had hair on them, decor was battered, and front wall was of glass allowing noise in, could see daylight around door.
  

“Easy to find. Room appeared battered with big scrapes in the paint. There were a few hairs on the pillows and sheets. The front wall was made of glass and there was a gap around the door. Both of these caused even the slightest noise to be heard inside the room. I did not feel relaxed or safe at this hotel.
”

• Excellent free internet connection.
• Too many broken items in room.

“Place was basically an overpriced dump. Curtain rods were broken. Windows were soaking wet on the inside. No toilet paper holder in bathroom. There were no clothes hangers in the room. Thermostat did not work for electric baseboard heat, so no heat in room on a night that was below 40 degrees outside. Amenities were, one tube of shampoo/conditioner. Not even a coffee maker in the room and no free breakfast. Parking lot needs re-paving so it was dirty and muddy, which carries onto the carpet in the halls, which were also covered with cigarette ashes. They do have non-smoking rooms. But they are intermingled with smoking rooms. So lobby and halls smell of cigarette smoke. Positives were free internet service with excellent connection and there was coffee, hot cider, cocoa and tea available in the lobby.”

• Well worn. Stained carpet & upholstery, holey blanket, etc.

“This is a truckers and oil field workers place. Clean enough but needs upgrading (like 5 years ago) Good, cheap restaurant in house - huge breakfast.”

• The people working at the desk were very friendly and helpful.
• No big problems.

• It had a refrigerator.
• I need more than 20 words.

“I am disappointed with this for two stars, when it hardly warranted being rated with one. The desk staff was unfriendly. I will not only be unlikely to stay in this heap again.”

• Really friendly staff.
• It was really expensive for a motel in Gillette WY.

“The room was clean the people were very nice and accommodating. I would like to stay there again if it weren't so expensive.”

• Nothing.
• Dirty, old, next to railroad tracks.

“It was filled with oil field people, not family friendly at all. Very old and dirty. Bathroom was disgusting. Paint was chipping, mildly. Sheets threadbare. Was afraid to look too closely.”

• It had friendly staff, clean rooms, reasonable for business traveler.
• Restaurant was only average.

“My overall experience was good and I would stay again for business travel.”

• The restaurant.
• No cooling system. The room ran at 80 during the night and there was lack of concern for the staff.

“I did not care for the lack of concern for guest comfort. The rooms were hot at night due to a non-functioning cooling system. It was also very noisy.”

• They had a public access high speed computer for internet access to check email.
• Location was a ways out from the center of town.

“We stayed for 5 days to attend a wedding and had chosen this motel because it was pet friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable (senior citizens), had everything we needed and were happy with the room. The rates were better than we had found
