• Bath water was dirty; work being done rug/beds was cheap looking.

• One of the most comfortable welcoming rooms I have stayed in! + Popcorn.
• It was fine.

“This was one of the most comfortable and welcoming rooms I have stayed in. It exceeded expectations. The staff was extremely accommodating. When the shuttle driver did not show up on time to take me to the train, they hired a cab -- on them -- and got me to the station on time. The popcorn and microwave were a nice touch since I had traveled a long way and needed a snack.”

“The hotel is beautiful, the staff is so friendly! The front desk is very accommodating, and housekeeping is great. The rooms were so clean, and well maintained. The bedding seemed to be brand new, and it was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family!”

• It was inexpensive, clean, well organized and the staff was friendly.
• The bed was small and the mattress on the old side, parking lot had old food in it.

• Was close to where I needed to be.
• Bed was saggy and not comfortable at all.

“Hotel was nice, but for a new building, the beds felt like they were years old. Mattress was hard and sagged in the middle. Had a problem with the door key too. Not major, but something that shouldn't happen.”

• It is located in a very suburban area.

“My family was so satisfied with this hotel. The building is new and clean, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast was great. Very quietly located in the NYC suburban area. I have stayed in quite a number of hotels and this is one of the best. I strongly recommend to try this hotel!”

• There was nothing I didn't like about it.

• they were very quick to disassemble buffet breakfast immediately at closing time

“Very nice hotel. It was clean with all of the usual amenities plus a kitchenette. It had tennis, basketball, swimming. Very close to expressway- convenient.”

• Complimentary evening snack and great breakfast bar. Clean rooms, great complimentary services (i.e. grocery shopping)
• Difficult to get to if heading northbound. Maid service did not always replace used items like dish soap, coffee, popcorn, etc.

“This hotel is great for families or business travelers because of the kitchen, grocery service, pool, and breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean and good sized. Staff was friendly. Printed directions for everything from getting to a gas station to finding a grocery store.”

• The suites included kitchen, w/ ice maker & water... nice not to have to fill a bucket down the hall.

“Because all the rooms are really like small apartments, it had the conveniences of 'home'. Would be very good for an extended stay, we just stayed one night. Was very comfortable, will probably stay there again.”

“I was TOTALLY please by my stay at the Residence INN. they have a great facility, clean, quiet, morning (hot) breakfast, and was really a nice place to stay. A little distance from the airport, but still convenient.”
