• Nice bed linens.
• Doors were open to the outside, maintenance staff was mowing lawn at 6:45 am.

“The rooms were very outdated and musty smelling. I had a non smoking room yet it smelled of stale smoke. The continental breakfast was average at best. Paint was peeling on the door in the bathroom.”

• It provided breakfast/has a swimming pool.
• The carpet was dirty, needed to be vacuum.

“Friendly staff, it needs for personnel for breakfast hour, there was only 1 attendant and it was a lot of work for just one person, ran out milk, juice, had to wait a long time for coffee, etc. The lobby floor was dirty, needed to be vacuumed.”

• The front desk receptionists were very friendly and helpful.
• I think the management is poor, and could be observed in the many poorly attend to needs of this hotel.

“I would never stay here again. I would rather sleep in my car! We had several family members staying at the same place and they all agreed that it was terrible.”

• They had a smile when the weather was bad as it was.
• Nothing it was a bless to be there.

“The room was awesome; we had a microwave & refrigerator that was great we like to eat in. We had enough space for my family in the room. We just came up there to visit our family but the hotel made it better when we can enjoy that good breakfast.”

“Hallways & common areas without lights (dangerous), elevator an embarrassment, appearance shabby, indifferent desk clerks (check in), overall a property in decline.”

• Front desk staff not very helpful with questions about the area.

• The main lobby and dining room where very nice.
• Ice machine out of order. TV remote haywire. Non-smoking but seemed smoked in.

“The hotel was a little out of the way in regard to the highway, but reasonable. The ice machine didn't work. The multi-station exercise machine was out of order. We asked for a non-smoking room, but the room smelled as if it had been smoked in and masked with air freshener. Had to make a second trip to lobby because room keys didn't work first time.”
