• Leaving.
• No optional electricity.

“DON'T bring anything that requires electricity. In an effort to reduce theft of TV's and clocks, the hotel has hard-wired everything removing all electrical sockets from the walls.”

• Nothing.
• Not clean, wrong room reserved, no cable TV, and unwilling to make amends.

“This hotel stinks, literally. They did not give me the room I requested. The cable was not working. The room was not very clean at all. And the manager has not tried to contact me for a resolution. I had to call corporate office to get anywhere with my complaint.”

• Nothing.
• The room smelled like paint, the lady in reception was unkempt her shirt and appearance was dirty, people were beating on the doors all night.

“Have requested my money back for this stay and I am still waiting for a reply. The police were called to the Hotel because of the disturbances. I did not get any rest, the room had just been painted and the Female check in person was a pig. Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemies.”

• The spacious rooms; refrigerator and micro oven in room.
• Did not have a free continental breakfast.

“The hotel was physically attractive. The parking lot needed some resurfacing. The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. Had a great time, thanks!”

• Bathroom-poor lighting and pink!

“Good for basic, safe, day or two travel. Not what the wife would covet. Friendly staff, clean rooms.”

• Price and people were friendly. The pillows were awesome.
• Bathroom had mold on ceiling and walls, a/c made noise.

“The hotel was in standing order besides the mold in bathroom, a/c made some noise but you could only think of price when you heard or seen these things. I really had a good time and appreciate the value and comfort that I experienced.”

• Not a dam thing plus we forgot a few items a went back and the said oh we didn't find it my Zippo lighter my parents gave to me several years ago!

“This hotel or motel was the Pitts we never thought that we would be screwed by captain Kirk, but life is lessons learned your service will absolutely never ever we be used by my wife and again the room smelled of roach spray and the sink was not in the bath room the bed was lousy.”

• Got there late and went to sleep.
• The parking was tight and had to park a ways from my room.

“The room met my needs for the night. I wish the restaurant was open when I got there needed some food and a drink.”

• The sink had holes in it that were repaired with rubber cement.

“The hotel was ok the room was terrible. The remote had 5 buttons, mute, channel up/down and volume. The TV was fuzzy. I tried to move the wire it didn't help. The first room I got I was told was non-smoking ie had no cigarette smoke smell. Instead it smelled like pot. The next room had big cracks in the sink which looks like it was repaired with rubber glue. The rooms were not updated and falling apart. Internet is intermittent at best.”

• The workers were friendly and as helpful as possible.
• No continental breakfast, rooms were not very clean, facilities worn.

“I was disappointed with this experience. No continental breakfast when it said there was in the write-up. When you went to the attached resturant there was no one in there and you couldn't even get a cup of coffee. There were no eating places within walking distance and I didn't feel the safest is the area.”

• Pool looked alright, big good beds.
• Too noisy outside, parking noise plus Jamaican bar noise till 3 am.

“Beds and room was ok but would not recommend if you want to have a good night sleep due to the thin walls and the noise on the parking all night plus the music in the bar next door till 3 am.”

“If you dont smoke you will because all the staff is smoke special at night time doors widow open and concierge smoke in the front of the hotel coffee or breakfast is not also they dont have coffee I have to pay one dollar and 25 cents for a luaus coop off coffee in the restaurant because the people there are to busy smoking and dont take care the customers sorry but this is not good many.”

• The poor professionalism of manager.

“Upon returning to my room on one occasion the room was a mess, and then the manager called me lire and advised me to leave the hotel if he did not meet to high standers. (While I was in the middle of my vacation). I would not recommend this hotel to a friend or a family member.”

• Pool was very nice.
• Several things broke down in our room.

“We had several problems during our stay. The smoke alarm started beeping every 30 seconds during the night. They had to come replace the batteries. Our key card stopped working in the door. Hotel master key also would not work. Climbed in through window, that did not lock very securely, to get door open so they could replace battery. They did fix the items as they broke down. Toilet did not flush properly. Pool area was nice and staff was friendly.”

• Pool was warm enough to wade in.
• Holes in linens; door frame shook loudly when door closed.

“Reasonably acceptable day's inn. Clean but with somewhat ragged linens. Minimalist approach to continental breakfast; did not provide lids for coffee cups or any way to convey food back to my partner and little child. Staff seemed a little dim. Nice pool but staff locked it early and had to be persuaded to unlock it for us.”

• Location was pretty good.
• Room was in needed of repair, desk staff was not adequate, not enough staff at desk.

“Motel did not meet my expectations primarily because it did not have enough desk staff. Desk had to sign me in to get internet access. He was too busy at first so I had to wait. They had a good selection for continental breakfast but the location was not convenient and poorly organized. The sink in our room had a crack in it and had been patched at least twice before. It should have been replaced.”
