“Our check-in time was for 3:00. We got there around 5:00 and our rooms were not ready. We had to wait for 30 minutes or so. Breakfast was 7-9 and on the stroke of 9 everything was taken up! The check-in clerk was not very friendly, had the attitude of "does not care". The staff with the breakfast was friendly though. After everything was taken up they got thing for our little ones that we were traveling with.”

“The sheets felt like there was too much fabric softener on them and it sounded like someone was riding the cleaning carts at 3 am. We arrived at midnight and left at 7 am. I guess it was ok for that.”

“When my wife and I reached the hotel we felt very uneasy about the appearance of the guests hanging around the pool and lobby. It almost seemed like some people were living there. The cashier was very unkempt and it was generally dirty inside and out. When we went upstairs to the room, my wife took one look at it and said she would not stay there. The bed appeared to have been laid in and was dirty. I ended up having to drive home that night (150 miles) not arriving home until 2:30 AM. I guess I would say we didn't feel safe there.”

“Our bathroom was disgusting there was hair & dirt behind the door. When we asked for towels for the pool, one female in in particular was very rude & said I already gave you some. We had just returned back to the hotel & did not ask for any towels. Also the door card keys did not work after we returned, so we went & got new ones not even 30 minutes later they quit working. The same female was complaining that we were doing something to the keys because she just tried them. Her behavior was extremely rude & unacceptable. The female that checked us in on the first night was wonderful. Maybe the 2nd female should take lessons from the 1st. Wish I would have gotten their names.”

“There were 2 groups of us that stayed at the hotel the breakfast was good we all got to eat together to start our day. The room smelled bad and there was a leak in the bathroom I think after the people took a shower so if we went to the bathroom we had water dripping on our heads.”

“I got there at 7 at night and we went in the small room, it was ok just to stay over night. I did not turn the TV on or take a shower I was off at 5 a.m. The only complain was the room we were in was next to stairs or something 115 is loud.”

“If it had not been for the first room I had been in not being cleaned I would give a better review. But I do give a great review for the 2nd room I was issued and the very friendly and co-operative and very understanding front desk clerk.”

“It was easy to find and the staff was friendly. The free shuttle to and from airport was great. The carpet and bedding seemed very old and dingy. The bathroom was barely big enough to stand in.”

“The gentleman who checked us in at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. We had to pay an additional $20 to park. This charge was not disclosed. We requested a 4am wake-up call, but didn't get it until 4:30. We had a 6:45 flight. People in the room above us were very noisy all night. When we got up at 4:30 the bathroom was flooded, water was running from the light fixture in the ceiling, the light didn't work. We couldn't take a shower. We told the front desk and didn't even get an apology. I'd never stay at this hotel again, even for free.”

“I only stayed 1 night and was using the park and fly feature. The hot breakfast was great. It was great to get a shuttle to the airport and leave my car. The room was clean. Not really big, but great for my purposes.”

“Typical hotel and clean without using an ultra violet light on the bed. Staff was friendly except when the receptionist was yelling at another employee right in front of me. Oh and the truck drivers staying there tried to get me into their hotel room but I sped off from that.”

“Upon walking into the room it was obvious that it had been mildly cleaned. There was lint on the carpet in front of the door that could have easily been swept up. The bed was fairly comfortable with a lot of bedding but there was no remote control for the television, apparently you have to ask for one and when we did get one it didn't work. Upon waking in the morning there was absolutely no hot water in the shower but there was in the sink. The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and helpful with directions.”

“Even though this was not a very attractive hotel, the walls were very plain and the other accommodations moderate in appeal. What was lacking was made up for in hospitality and comfort! The beds were comfortable for everyone, and the pillows were comfy too! We were all happy with the shower heads and the bathroom facilities! Would stay there again!”
